Ok, so I jumped the gun and did it today rather than tomorrow. It’s just been like a week or two since I did a weigh in.. and I got excited/nervous! I pretty much through my diet & exercise out the window this past week. Yes I would randomly do some bicep curls or jumping jacks but not like how I normally would. The only remote thing I really have been doing is walking A LOT. Soo here are my stats for now.

2.4 freakin lbs! Oh my glob! With no exercise and my eating poorly, I am very shocked. I can’t say that I’m not excited but I was just thrown back. I did eat a big meal last night at my party and haven’t, ahem, releived that, but still! My body is hardcore kickin in that metabolism and I am very happy for that.Got to my current goal weight and not to start another! Now I am happy to go get some cute workout clothes and strut my stuff at the gym!
Great news for a morning full of homework to do! Time to kick start a great year being a new 20 year old chick :) Woot!
Although it was a busy workout week at the beginning of the week, I took a few rest days to work out and stretch my sore muscles. After Saturday night my muscles all over were so bad I literally was bed resting all day to recover. I am ok now and ready to get back to doing simple stretches and stuff to help recover. :] But on to the weekly weigh in!

Gah! I have officially made it over the 30 pound marker! So close to getting to my goal. Just have to keep on working hard and eating better! Thank you followers for following me and also being on this journey for becoming a healthier you :D
So it’s been a week & I think I will be doing my weigh ins on Mondays now. It helps kick start the week I guess. Had a good week this week, I think! Worked out 5 days with a 2 day rest period (Will never to stair steps again XP) I joke, I probably will when my calves are stronger. But! On to the weigh in!

Woah! 3.4 lbs! Almost 4 lbs! I am so happy! The fact that still with my pizza cheat meal the other night, I was able to pull this out. Working out at home is great and taking walks/jogs really does make a difference. I also think all my jumping jacks & gravity jumps really made a difference with boosting up my heart rate during workouts.
I also just got a text from my aunt. She lost 5 lbs this week! I’m so proud and happy we are kickin butt! And we are slowly going vegetarian. It will be hard, but only mentally. I’m so excited! So close to my GW to get some new workout clothes from work.
I weighed myself roughly 2 weeks ago and came in at 148.8 Sadly with the death in my family & my monthly visit happening right before Christmas, I pretty much lost my drive and ate basically anything in sight. I decided to wait a few days before getting back on the scale, very scared to see just how much I gained back due to my poor diet and no exercise. But I am quite happy to say…

8 ounces down! I am definitely surprised! Only thing I can think is all the running around and lifting I had to do at work that really helped me out. I’m seeing great definition in my arms, my lower legs slimming down, my butt is getting nicer thank goodness. I will take progress pictures soon! Sadly I didn’t weigh myself before ingesting 3 bottles of water >.< Woops.
